Paying It Forward

In 2006 Peg Higgins and Diane Hawn were referring to themselves as the 3 F’s; “Fat, Female and Fifty!”  They were both victims of downsizing in the economy and knew that taking the next step to a new career was not going to be an easy one.   Peg is a former art teacher who has taught in Paducah, Kentucky and Springfield, Illinois.  Diane is also a former school teacher but spent the majority of her time in the business sector.    Both women took different career paths to get where they are today but they both had the drive, vision and dedication needed for success.

It all started when Peg and Dawn took their personal savings and invested it in equipment to produce screen printed t-shirts and promotional products.  As part of their business plan, they attended a vendor workshop in Seattle, WA to learn more on how to use their new equipment to produce profitable merchandise. Little did they know that within the first four minutes of  the event they would be amazed by a new type of digital decoration called Sublimation.
